PNEUMATIC GREASE PUMP

Description

Maximum Pressure (Air pressure at 6 kg/Cm²) – 80 kg/Cm². Handle grease with utmost care for cleanliness. Use pipes of maximum possible I.D. for smooth operation of pump. Avoid sharp bends in piping. With lengthy pipes of small diameter and sharp bends, pipe resistance may increase to the level that pump may not operate at all. In such case, use bigger dia pipes. AIR REMOVING For air removing, unscrew the bleed plug, apply compressed air at port ‘A’ and press the grease pusher by knob till grease comes out of the bleed port. Plug the bleed port and pump is ready for operation. DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM Grease from pump is further distributed with the help of progressive block for positive distribution or with the help of manifolds blocks.
